LUGAR 

PHILO-CIRCUS

 

"Lugar" was born of a desire: to establish a dialogue between the stage work of two circus performers and the reflections of a philosopher. From the beginning, we were surprised that there exist several points of encounter between these disciplines: the question of balance, of rest, of being-there, of dwelling, of subject, of restlessness, of desire…

 

In this way, our work of creation led us to develop, in parallel, a pedagogical project, focused on the potentialities of this encounter between circus and philosophy. "Philo-circus" is the result: a pedagogical project that seeks to develop this singular round-trip between body and mind.
